Installed AFE intake.
Short test drive to ensure no issues. Immediately noticed markedly improved throttle response, increased turbo spool & nice intake noises.
Will check what improvements the P3 gauge shows on the weekend but pleasantly surprised with results so far.

No. No adapter is needed for the M2.

I installed BM3 today and the car feels great.
i'm just gonna play with the burble settings because personally it's a little too much for me.

Congrats! BM3 is good stuff! Personally, I turned the burbles completely off. I run a stock exhaust and catless DP and the car sounds awesome the way it is imo.

yes, that's a good option for me also.
i have catless DP with mpe and i hardly drive with the valves open because it's really loud then.

i'm gonna try some different settings in the next week.
currently i don't got a good laptop (just a very old one) and a friend told me its not recommended to use iphone or ipad to flash your vehicle.

Finally made the dream come true and got some 763M's in the finish I wanted. Stripped the original semi-gloss black and had them refinished in Prismatic EVO Grey. Picking them up tomorrow for ceramic coating. Should be installed this Friday. Can't wait!

I feel fortunate to have picked up a M235i with fairly low miles (31k). Sent a quick message to BMW USA regarding the options list and learned that the car has a limited slip differential. The VIN decoder websites did not show this. Grateful for the car and happy that I can learn to drift someday. First commute drive today. Hope everyone has a relaxing Memorial Day weekend. Cheers!

Exact same thing happened to me with my old M235i, didn’t know until I got it that it had a LSD. Loved that car. Enjoy! Also might get more feedback if you post on the F22 forum.

Here's a side by side, but there are many more pix to come.

On the left is the stock semi-gloss black, BMW calls it Matte, but it's not always matte, depends on the wheel you get (and they are all different). On the right is the same wheel refinished, same lighting, same color temp, just a bit of a different angle.

The work isn't perfect, but 1.) I have yet to find a powder coater that does perfect work, and 2.) it's as good or better than the factory finish, and I know for certain more durable.
