Guys, will Millway Camber Plates fit together with M Performance suspension or any other out of the box?
I see them available on a DE site and could order them for my track duty. |

Yes - you need to tell millway you are using OEM size springs when ordering

Hi guys,
I'm ordering GC camber plates, what spring inner diameter do I select if I'm using h&r lowering springs? The springs are on order but I'm not sure of the diameter. |

If you can, that would help me a lot. Also, did the camber plates come with a specific lug nut ? mine didn’t and the one supplied with the Kw’s seems too chunky. Might have to use the OEM again.
Thanks again |

I remember we had some issue with the top nut seizing on one side, hell of a job to get it off and redo. I'm sorry it's a bit blurry, was a couple of years ago now. So I can't remember 100% exactly what we did then, but I think all parts were the correct ones, the other side was no problem.

They were never clunky. But road surface noise from the tires is louder due to the more stiff connection of the uprights/dampers to the car body. Here in Sweden we have very rough very very "noisy" asphalt due to an extreme high amount of small stones in it.

I went with the GC as I have had experience with them in the past.
The plates seemed odd at first because it appeared the stack height was different but it's not. Also where the center makes contact with the machined stepdown on the strut is further down than the stock hat. I thought this would cause a discrepancy BUT they have a special nut which has a sleeve that goes partway into that gap AND they provide different length bump stop so it appears to equal everything out. Also the weight of the car is on the large diameter needle bearing and the center axial bearing doesn't take any of that weight which is an excellent design. You can swap the inboard fillister head bolts to the other side of the plate to allow much more neg camber. Maxed out in "street" mode (bolts inboard) gave about 2.75 deg where as the Minimum in "race" mode netted around 2.9/3.0 deg so I kept it in race mode minimum. No swapping required can just loosen and slide in if needed. Toe measured 0 deg before install, now it's right at about 1/32" toe out with the 3 deg setup. Also - no increase in NVH or noise at all. Overall - do recommend. Edit: Don't forget to put a rag over the 12v jump junction - pulling the aluminum cross member out is like playing operation if you don't.. |
