LOL it seems like some M3 owners are looking for some validation that their car is better looking than the M4 based on the OPs comments.....
Or they just want to see how the M3 fender flares compared to the M2 in real world.... Either way thanks for the review!

The m4 accelerated faster. But it didn't feel like it did that as fast as you'd think from the numbers. |

For a real quicker acceleration and higher topspeed you need far more difference in HP. In reality the difference between a 300 vs 400 hp car having the same weight is not that big. However when it is 300 vs 600 HP and same weight things will be quite different. |

This reminds me of owning a 98 Z3 Mcoupe and being able to pull E46 M3s despite being seriously down on power. We're talking 90+hp! Weight difference was part of it, gearing as well, but a shorter drive train probably also helped compensate for the delta in power.

And MG = grey And LBB = craziness and lunacy And M2 = craziness and lunacy Then M2 = LBB Don't regret your pick of an extremely common color on a special car. Go with a crazy color. Go LBB. (Although AW with black M parts, in Stormtrooper mode, would be my second choice) |

LBB: "disgusting green, way too flamer" Black: "Hides the line, can't see the sculpture of the car, yuck" AW: "Looks like an egg, MW would have been nice, this is trash" MG: "Too common, boring and dull". Get the color that you want, because there is no pleasing everyone.

Hey everyone, sorry for not being able to reply. Also evidently I have no idea how to multi-quote but I've tried my best. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Also I am not going to conclude the M2 is better than the M4 or vice versa. They are two different cars closely matched (they are from the same company after all), and if it were possible I would have both! You can't go wrong with either and anyone trying to come up with a conclusion that one is better than the other has a lot of bias. I am getting the M2 because of the price difference. I think they both look good. The M3 has a lower bonnet line and appears a little wider where the M2 is a little more upright and narrower looking, but it certainly looks aggressive. Quote:

It definitely sits lower than than the M3/M4. Not sure if technically that is giving it a lower centre of gravity. Quote:

Throttle response for a turbo car was amazing. Power was always there and I never felt lag. Quote:

I wouldn't say I am a star but I have done a lot of track work with my E46 M3. This particular track the public never gets to drive on (you need to be part of a race team). I want to go back and do more laps as it was an epic track. So challenging. Quote:
Don't think you can go wrong in either colour, but my last preference would be the MG. Go LBB, it is a nice colour. Don't mean to put you off!
