So how does the tune perform on the track? Any temperature issues? Didn't see where you upgraded the intercooler.
EDIT- whoops, just saw you did

Commanderwiggin We had someone for sure but not at your level by any means. I raced a M235i DCT AWD with drop in filter, ecu tune, downpipe, and fabspeed exhaust. We did 3 runs back to back. I was fortunate enough to have a 1M at the event and he was interested to see how the cars stacked up too. He was running a piggyback and upgraded turbo, and dinan intake. The car was done very well. We ran 2 times back to back also. All runs we done before the rain in the 90F. I trapped 123.48 consistently. I was hoping for better trap speed and witness the 1M make better number after the rain that dropped the temperature by about 20F and killed the humidity. Both drivers were very cool humble guys. If anyone is interested about the specific mods please pm me I am not interested in turning this into a pissing contest. Our M4 shop car did certainly wax me |

TTFS would you guys be willing to release a "tune" just to defeat the cat efficiency code we get with cat less downpipes? Is it possible to do through the OBD port, or would you need the ecu out of the car?

To be clear, the M2 trapped 123mph in the 1/4 mile with a tune, downpipe, and intercooler? On 93 octane only?
If so that's amazing, even if vbox exaggerates by 1-2mph. I have seen C7 z06 trap that..... If so, it also supports the dyno numbers in the beginning of the thread. It takes well over 400whp for sure to trap 123mph. |
