Your exhaust pipe is supposed to go outside the perforated part. Does it not fit inside? You should be able to push them all the way in.
If not, I know a guy on ebay that sells really good China tips simular to what you have. They fit well on my MPE. He's in the US as well, so shipping is fast. |

Good luck! Fitment can be tricky on those China made tips, but if you can get them to fit you save a fortune over OEM.

I have these:
https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F132891952183 They fit my MPE quite well. The seller is super nice and helped me make sure I was getting the right size I needed. As I said, he's in the US. He has other sizes, you might find what you're looking for. |

CF Replica tips
Hey guys, I figured I'd add my two cents. I purchased mine from Alibaba. Here's the link to the specific supplier:
https://www.alibaba.com/product-deta...1f843e5fdCLl0J Overall, I'm very happy with my choice. I'm currently running these tips on the stock exhaust. Shipping was fast and you can choose which finish you want (matte CF or not, and brushed or polished steel). I went with the gloss CF and brushed steel. They also have dimensions that fit the MP exhaust or stock. You just need to let them know what dimensions you want. So far after 8 months no discoloration on the CF. I'm happy with it. [IMG][/IMG] |

I posted a picture in my original post, but if for some reason you don't see it let me know and I can try to post another one.
The dimensions for stock exhaust are: 70-92-115mm. 70mm is where the tips mount to the exhaust, 92mm is the tip opening, and 115mm is the length of the whole tip. I originally wanted the matte as well but they only had gloss in stock at the time. Overall, I'm really happy with it as it matches the diffuser perfectly. As for the diffuser, it wasn't too hard to do. Follow the DIY guide outlined above. During removal of the stock diffuser, the clamps in the center were a pain to pop off and took some effort/time. I didn't need to remove anything on the exhaust to replace the diffuser. |

I'm happy with the quality overall, still looks great after 8 months and 4k miles. The brushed steel definitely absorbs some of the exhaust soot, but it cleans fairly easily. I think any brushed steel material would do the same. |
