How did you remove the insert out of the front shocks to trim the bump stops on the B6's?. Am also toying with the idea of fitting the bump stops from the performance HAS kit as they're shorter that the OEM bump stops, wonder if this would be a good idea?.

Question my buddy 20 m2c we tried fitting b6 with aibach pro kit but when we started to put everything back the bump stop there's no way to fit it and the sway bar link did not line up with the springs compress or not any ideas what we did wrong

I'm curious if anyone else is running this combination & has some ride height measurements from the lower edge of the rim to the underside of the fender/ Quarter panel lip?
It appears from this thread that the B6 in combination with the Eibach Prokit springs is more compliant than the stock suspension, however I'm hoping to not lower the car very much, as ground clearance in New England can sometimes be an issue. I'm also curious if anyone has run the stock springs with the B6's and if that made the ride more forgiving? Thanks for your replies! |

Thanks for the pic.
It appears that there may bee a two finger width gap here? If so, that's about 1/2 lower than what I have stock. How do you like the ride compared to stock over our "well maintained" roads here in Massachusetts? |

it’s stiff for sure but that’s how m cars are, it’s probably a finger and half gap now that’s it’s settled but it’s definitely stiffer than a stock setup

Hey! I also have an M2C and wanted to seap just the shocks for Bilstein B6 but keep yhe springs because I don’t want to lower the car. Has anyone done this? How about height? Has it been raised with the B6 or is it the same?

Subscribing, I’m considering this same setup, hoping some of the members running Eibachs with B6’s will chime in on their experience after running this setup.
