Thoughts on pricing for 2019 M2 comp low miles

Looking at a two owner mint clean titled 19 m2 comp in AW, dct, 9k miles. Bone stock, absolutely MINT, not a dent or scratch including front bumper, has ppf on much of car, good shape slightly weathered in areas, undercarriage is as clean as a brand new showroom vehicle. Slick top, executive package, and bonus has the M performance exhaust system installed.

Thoughts on pricing? Dealer is asking $51k which is fair but in this area going into winter, being a first year and 2018 build i'm hoping to save some money and not going to pay $51k plus dealer fees/tax on top. What's a fair offer?

Been watching these and bidding on C&B on a few. Seems like 50k is the sweet spot for a real nice example 20-21 model, 2019 a hair under for clean title sub 25k mile. In no rush, but the fact this is down the street from me makes it tempting. And yes that's another M2 they acquired over a month before with manual for same price. Seems like for $10k more you can get a new g87 which is also the back of my mind..

EDIT SOLD THAT WEEKEND AFTER POSTING THIS, it was absolutely mint.

I won't comment on the G87 except to say that I won't comment on it.

That sounds like a good price for 9k miles. Single owner? Does it have a solid service history with the first happening around 1200? CPO? I'd be test driving that for sure. Performance exhaust, spoiler, and PPF already on it saves you a bit of money too.

Two owners, about equal length of ownership, not a CPO model, first owner i think paid cash and then resold it 3 years later to second person who traded it in. Its been a CT car since new, clearly garaged, first service done at 1,400 miles per carfax. But you bring up a good point; since it was barely driven it appears like two years went by in between two documented oil changes.

Are you only considering DCT cars?

I would want to know why the dealer did not CPO the car. Costs them to do so but increases resale value. As a buyer I would want the CPO warranty extension. Ask them why no CPO. Maybe offer them asking price IF they throw in CPO.

You can't CPO a 2019 vehicle with bmw. Its go to be under the 4yr/50k mark and you get an additional year or optional 2. This one was way out of question.

It's actually 5 yrs/60k miles, but yeah, this one was apparently just outside of it.

The 4yr/50k is for extending a factory warranty, not CPO'ing. Similar, but different criteria.

I just extended my '21 by 3yrs. Had 3mo to go on the factory.

What’d you pay for the extension? I’m up here in a couple months.
