So the day has come, I dropped off all of my parts to go on my CS and I’m curious about what to tell them for my alignment specs.

I’m have the AA gesi downpipes, AA equal length resonated midpipe, Eisennman valved exhaust, Auto solutions SSK with most aggressive bronze bushings and 25% throw reduction, future classic 5mm wheel spacers, and the M performance Height Adjustable Spring kit.

Tech asked me about alignment specs and said he has 2 people that do them for him as he doesn’t have his own alignment rack and one can set it up as M2CS stock specs and the other is more of a race shop that can do whatever.

Car is 95% driven on the street as my weekend play car so I’m just wondering if I go stock CS specs or add a little to it to?

Any thoughts and opinions are welcome.

Pic for attention.

Finally made up your mind to keep her?

We have the exact same spec. You made the right choice to mod it a little and keep it!!!

Edit: I don't have any input into your question though...

I'm running Vorshlag camber plates and Bilstein B6 EDC shocks on stock springs. I went with -2.5deg front and -1.8 rear, as I too drive 95% street and track 1-3 times a year. Hope this answers your question.

-2.5 is a bit much for purely street. I'd go like -1.8 or -2.0 at most if just street. Even aggressive street that's still good.

So I decided to go with the stock CS alignment specs.

Update on the price for everything installed by a BMW performance shop I think is decent.

Like I mentioned in my original post I am having the Auto Solutions SSK, MP Has Kit, Future classic Wheel spacers, AA Gesi downpipes, AA resonated Equal length midpipe, Eisennman Valved Catback exhaust, oil change, and alignment for 2490$ total.

Will have a new post with before and afters for sound.

M Performance Has kit- Feels just a little bit stiffer than it did before. I’d say 1 step up so comfort is like sport, and so on and so on. Might actually be inbetween comfort and sport. I also added 5mm Future classic spacers all around with the springs all most all the way down there is no running anywhere. Fills the fenders better and no worries of rubbing anything so anyone curious about what size spacers to run, 5mm is just enough. Photos below and I will get more this weekend at the Mickey and Mel’s car show in Maryland.

Auto solutions SSK 25% reduction at stock height with most aggressive bushings. It’s amazing.

I will get better videos this weekend but wanted to post something. Absolutely zero drone at any speed. Angry bark when you let off the throttle and nice aggressive breakdown of the exhaust note as you slow down low in the rpm’s. Like I said I will get much better videos.

First is OEM Sport+

Now full exhaust Sport+

Couple over runs.

I told them to make it the same as the stock M2CS specs and this is what I got. I’m unsure what stock settings are so not sure if it’s the same or not.

Feels good but I would like a little more camber tbh.

Had the shop redo my alignment to CS specs which I found on the forums here which is shown in the screen shot photo below.

Also included is what they set them to which doesn’t match what I asked so hopefully it’s fine.
