Hello,

I just got an M2 Comp and purchased Apple car play fullscreen.... the issue is I have tried 2 laptops and 2 networks and the thing refuses to install it gets stuck on the feature installer on 1/3 of processes, reboots to the blue screen where it hangs on 00:00:00 flash time and then reboots and the installer app is still on 1/3, can someone help please as Im just pulling out my hair with this!

Who did you purchase the car and/or the CarPlay from? If it was a dealer, I think you should drive straight back there and have them install it. If not, I'd get with whomever you purchased CarPlay from.

Here on Bimmerpost, you can reach out to kubax86 who does great coding work including full screen CarPlay but, of course, he charges for this service and you've already paid someone else so I'd start with them!

best way is to contact your supplier and ask for help
if he won't be able to help, I can do it remotely

The bimmer coding states that it only works on a couple of models. Unfortunate mine is one of the 6 or 7 listed that won’t work.

Can also vouch for kubax86. I recently installed his FS Apple CarPlay and it worked out without a problem.

I did FS Apple CarPlay on my new to me 2020C with kubax86 purchased through the link in his signature. I’m a total noob to this stuff and not even windows savvy. Did the install yesterday on my wife’s laptop and followed the instructions… 5 min later all good!
Kubax even asks you email them to let them know how it goes… I don’t get that kind of customer service anywhere these days!
