M2 mirror wiring

Does anybody know which way around the spade connectors go on the heated driver side door mirror.

I replaced my mirror covers today with some true M mirrors

I tagged the wires but when I came to refit the mirror the tape had fallen off, doh !

I have a 2017 model year M2 i notice one of the wires has a thin white line running down it that I assume must denote something?.......
On the driver davide mirror there is one spade connection in the top corner and one slightly inside that

I’ve read due to it’s a heating element the polarity might not matter though I’ve heard on other threads for heated mirrors it does.
Not sure if I can do any damage by potentially having them the wrong way round

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks

It can't matter as you say it is a heating element. Unless they chucked a diode on for lols!
