Identified mine - the best thing about this is that they actually stopped at 568, out of the other CS cars, so it's the rarest of all the f8x CS line and they made much less than they did of the 1m?

future classic indeed.

My experience has been that down the road, BMW's with CCB's are worth the same as one with steels, whereas, with GT3's you get some of the upfront cost back when you sell. Again, my experience!!

This will be interesting for sure. As long as the 120 owners don't sell their CCB cars for less, then they will likely not lose value on the CCBs.

Well now I'm really confused! haha. 3 other PCD cars that we know of now did not run through what I was able to see so they were missed. Is your friend on the boards here? Username? If not, what is his Chassis number so I can at least put "PCD" on it.

I would have thought so, but cncmastr and his friend who both took PCD did not come through the normal BMWNA system so those two cars were missed. Not sure if there were more PCD, or how we'll ever know?
I think there may have been at least one other PCD delivery. But I know we were the last for the year. So it was either us two or nobody else.

Perhaps PCD cars maybe technically sold on behalf of a shadow dealer in SC for state paperwork formalities that may or may not show up in the database depending on how they're sold?

What a conundrum!

High likelihood PCD folks are also forum members but without a confirmed count of PCD cars the data cannot be finalized.

Fingers crossed someone can confirm PCD cars so we can cross reference against these 568!

Not to add to confusion but curious to know if military sales WITH PCD would be another variable here.

I don't believe so. I think that just like Euro Delivery (tear) the vehicle is invoiced to the dealer that is actually selling the car. I assumed that this would have meant that I would have been able to see them with what I have access to, but I guess not. Previously, for Euro Delivery there was a specific Priority "P0 - Tourist Retail" that is obviously gone now. I have never seen any designation that identifies that the vehicle is set for PCD, so I just assumed they were all in the regular flow of inventory. Again, sorry for the confusion that this is causing for everyone. Clearly I have limited access to information and just didn't know what I was missing.

No need to apologize - how would you have known? Still fantastic info nonetheless and we all thank you for that. I'm sure the PCD numbers will surface right here soon enough!

Only 1 of those cars features M-CCB (2NK) (except if the car of ND40oz also features those brakes).

You can't do a US delivery of military sales anymore, you have to take delivery overseas. And now they've cancelled the home delivery program, guessing that this is due to the demise of the Euro delivery program and the drop off points will eventually be shuttered.

2NH for me, there is a MB/Gold with CCBs though that was sitting in the delivery room when I was at the dealer in Oct though. I did not check the trans or tires, wasn't thinking about it, sorry. But from what I can tell of the cars I've been able to identify, there weren't many CCB orders.

I'm guessing a reasonably sizeable number of these will never be sold. Whether steel or CCB the result is the same with these lot as they'll be keepers.

Once the initial run is scooped up I don't think we will see many frequently exchanging hands. Very few leases, so very few lower price cars being jettisoned by dealerships down the road. The prices could easily be enthusiast controlled.

That is entirely possible, and hopefully the eventual outcome. I'd love to think this is the car that is going to absolve BMW's former sins with other less than successful limited releases.

I took my X3 in for service this past Wednesday to the BMW dealer in Bellevue WA and in the back they had a MB 6spd with black wheels and steel brakes. It still had the white PPF film on the hood roof and trunk, but it was likely sold. Probably the only one I'll ever see here and it was gorgeous. I have pictures if anyone wants to see but it was dark and raining. I hope to get one of these some day. Grats to everyone that got one.

I have the same look but with DCT coming to Tri-Cities . . . our local dealer's only allocation. I believe there are at least 6 cars sold in WA state, which is surprising as only 4 1M's were sold here, 3 on the west side and mine.

Ooh that's my exact build! Post the pics!

MB - 6MT - Steel brakes - Black wheels

I would grab that in a second if it wasn't across the country being that my car has been sitting at Bremerhaven for going on 5 weeks now...

Yeah I've only seen a single 1M. It was white. I've seen more for sale though.
