Yes. Also house prices. A decent house in Sydney starts at 20 x M2C.

About the same in LA...20x 62.5k USD is $1.25MM...actually that's a fixer-upper, slapped together in the 50s, obsolete in the 80s, still standing in the 00s and "omg, what a cute little place," today.

I can't seem to adjust my seating position such that I can see the instrument cluster info. Am I alone?

I'm pretty tall at 6'1" and already have the seat back straight and the steering wheel lowered about mid way. Why is it that I have to lean forward to see the info?

I don't get it. What am I missing?

Not sure?

What is obstructing your view?

If it is the steering wheel column, and the column is lowered all the way, then seems you need to move the seat up.

Personally, I am about 6 feet tall and have not experienced any difficulty seeing the instrument cluster (adjustable cluster located at center/bottom).

Yes, the top of the column is in the way. My seat is pretty close to the steering wheel already and the seat back is upright. Steering wheel column is mid way and it is completely obstructing the view of the adjustable cluster.

I cannot believe how closely I have to sit in relation to the steering wheel and how low the steering column must be in order to fully see it. Very odd.

j23 - your seat back may be TOO straight. Leaning back isn't a good driving position, but every human is slightly off-spec. One 6'1" person might have just the right arm and leg lengths, and the next one will have arms that are half an inch longer...just enough to need to do something different.

Just a thought.

Why dont you move your seat back and recline the backrest till you can view the instrument cluster properly and save the settings. You can also adjust the steering tilt position up ot down, have you tried all these settings ?

Hi All,

I'm in the processing of mounting my front dashcam, just wondering where most of you fit yours?

Do you fit it directly under the rear view mirror or slightly to the left or right?

Yeah. I'm trying different seating positions while driving. I may just have to adjust the steering column way down.

You know the steering wheel goes up down and forward backwards (telescoping) right? I mention this as lots of cars don't have the forward backward adjustment. Makes a huge difference.

Obviously. That's what I meant when I said that I adjusted the steering column way down. It was about mid way and I still couldn't see the adjustable cluster info. I had to bring it way down to see it without leaning forward. Somewhat of an always seating position for me.

I'm curious about this too, including which dash cams people recommend.

I just installed this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 camera two days ago. Originally, I put it to the left of the rear view mirror, but I couldn't mount it high enough to be out of my line of sight because the mirror was too close to the windshield. I moved the camera to the right side and I was able to mount the camera higher and make it work there.

That package comes with a front and rear camera. Both cables are much longer than needed for the small M2, so I had to find a couple of places to stick the extra cable. Easy install, just takes some finesse to hide the cables.

I can't comment on the audio/video quality since I haven't actually downloaded any video yet.

I wish the car came with seat belt extender for short person like me , my seat is further up and takes quite an effort to grab the seat belt

for 6MT owners do you feel the clutch pedal (length) is long , the clutch is great but i noticed this in all my BMWs . Under acceleration and quick shifting I feel it takes more effort to take my left foot off the clutch pedal completely because the pedal length is long

Do not feel bad. . . I am not short and I can barely reach the seat belt. I know there is a latch on the seat to secure the belt strap, but it never stays in the latch.

You might want to consider an Ultimate Clutch Pedal
