Leaving the blue painters tape on overnight just to secure the spoiler.
I Betalink'd mine on, lol. Might've been overkill but it won't budge in a hurricane.

didn't take/post any as there's plenty of pics of OG M2's on Eibach springs. Also, PO put on larger rear tires but left the front stock, so was wanting to sort that out before posting pics

Pretty easy to be honest...took about 15 mins

Removed carbon dash trim
Removed radio/heater panel
Removed head unit
Plug antenna into port
Locate and stick antenna inside dash
Refit panels

Purchased off eBay for about £8

I have pics of the install if anyone needs them.

If you would be able to post the pictures of the install that would be amazing! I purchased carplay for my 17 M2 and without the antenna the connection is very spotty

Here you have a very good video showing the process. The only difference is that our trim with the vents are different. However the same way to remove it as shown too. The process is super simple!

Got my MPE welded today because it started to rattle badly recently. Also because I had it installed over 2 years ago I couldn't get a replacement MPE anyways. Based on the two startups today, the weld job has gotten rid of most of the rattling.

Who welded it up? Assuming they didn't pull it off, right? Getting tired of tightening mine

Pit Garage in El Monte. They pulled off the exhaust.

Literally just talked to Chris at Dorch about this upgrade path. I'll be close behind ya

Hoping by the time I do it, BM3 releases their flex fuel sensor support.

Nice 👍 I was very impressed with the customer service at Dorch w/ Chris. Very informative and willing to answer any questions I had regarding what all was needed to go full e85 with stage 2 upgrades. They were back ordered and still shipped the HPFP out within a week.

That's why I went ahead with the Bluetooth flex fuel analyzer from Fuel-it. It wasn't that much more to add the Bluetooth functionality and there's no telling how long BM3 might take to integrate that into their software. Either way I think you'll still need the flex fuel sensor to be able to read ethanol and fuel temps.

Yeah, I was super impressed with his responsiveness and willingness to answer questions.

Whose doing your full E85 tune?

I haven't decided yet. To start with I'm going to be using Halim's beta e40 map as a volunteer to get it ready for OTS. Honestly, I may not even go full e85, it just depends on how much I can get out of e47-e50. If I can get over 500whp with plenty of headroom and a safe tune out of e47.5, then I may just stick with that.

If I do decide to go full e85 though, it would be either Halim, F80 Paul or Cary Jordan for a custom tune. I've heard good things about Halim's responsiveness and willingness to get tunes right, same with F80 Paul. I know Cary Jordan is good, but I've heard he can take a little longer to get revisions out to you than the others. No doubt from his popularity.

You're not concerned with having to get fuel mixes right for the tunes on E40/E50?
