If I remember correctly it kinda hangs at final assembly, the one day it's just finished.

Reading through your milestones, I'm about 1 1/2 weeks ahead of you, and so far my timing is just like yours. I went from At The Port to In Transit today! It was At The Port since mid-last week. I bet you'll move to In Transit sometime next week. Now I need to find out what ship my car is on and obsessively track it across the Ocean!

That's great and yeah also hilarious that they add that. Ours must be right close together. I have a feeling we'll end up on the same ship. I don't know how often they ship them or aggregate everything together. This wait is killing me...

You're looking at this the wrong way--
Instead of letting the wait get to you, just use the time for research and parts. Lots and lots of parts!!!!! (Good thing my wife works-- if she saw the number of boxes that are stashed in the basement, she'd kill me!) R. |

I'm sure that you guys know about the different apps to follow your car home. JIC, Marine Traffic is your friend. For West Coasters the Panama Canal is especially fun to watch.

Ok, I'm at the port now. I kind of know how to use those services, but don't know a lot about it. I read some on that one sticky thread, but may just try and forget it for a couple of weeks as it makes the trip. We'll see though

Nope. Nada. Still showing at the port in Europe.
Texted my SA today and he says he sees the same thing on his big BMW computer. Specifically, he texted back: "Still shows at port on my end. Once it’s on a ship then I will get a route time but until then, we’re in limbo." R. |

Oh man i just went through this wait last week. Granted mine was being transported from Illinois to CA but still. It took a good week and a half to get here.
It'll be so worth it when you finally get to sit inside and start the engine. It was simultaneously both the most relieving sound as well as one of the most ecstatic sounds ever. |
