So here is the comparison between Stock map and St2 93OCT v5.8 map. Disregarding the right edge which is wrong data i think, at 5800 the difference is 381 vs 417 hp. Its quite consistent 30-ish hp difference at the higher RPM range and much better at lower RPM.

On 23rd we had a national holiday so i could go to the last trakday of this season on the Pannonia Ring. It was a busy day, the first 3 session was interrupted with red flags due to off tracks and mechanical failures. In the 3rd session a Subaru Impreza went off track while i was following it so i managed to record it. Only the 4th session went without interruption although there were 2 spins in front of me again.
Previously i installed the Porsche GT3 brake cooling scoops to the front axle too because i wasn't satisfied with the ducts. They were rubbing. So my experience is positive with the scoops. Although the air temp was 10C colder than summer time but after a 30 minute session with 1 cooling lap my disc temp was only 230 C and caliper temp was about 150-170C which is significantly lower than without extra cooling like i posted previously.
And here are my videos from this event. Now i made records with my phone's camera too and created PIP videos.

Winter is coming, so today I installed The Automotive Passion's CF Arch guards. They look neat, I like them!

Another winter preparation is the rubber M-Performance floor mats.

Do you use that bike pump for your tires? Why not use the air compressor the M2 comes with? It's a smaller item and works well.

It depends, sometimes i use that too. However the hand pump a bit faster and less hassle.

Was wondering if you have any noise or vibrations after your Camber Plate install ? Did you keep your OEM Springs ? What, if any difference on Public Roads ? Am considering Camber Plates for my M2.

Yes i kept the OEM strut, i changed only the top mount plate. There is no vibration, only a bit noisier on rough roads (which we have plenty in Hungary ) but not annoying level at all. During daily driving there is not much difference since it's not pushed to the limits, but it's definitely better on the track.

Today i received the dreaded cracking and popping sounds from my speakers, so i guess my HK amp is dead. I pulled its fuse because it screamed even when the ignition was switched off.
Now i started to look for a second hand HK amp to replace it. Damn it!
And recently my I-drive keeps restarting. Its quite irregular from couple of minutes to longer periods. I hope it wont fail too.

My apologies.. haven't read the whole thread so forgive me if this has been asked. But can't you flash back to stock and take it to the dealer under warranty? I had my amp replaced under warranty and the same TSB I believe says to replace a particular vent of some sort to prevent water from leaking onto the amp in the future.

I have not spoken with my service yet, but unfortunately my car's warranty is expired already. However I managed to buy one used amp for a good price from Germany. I will make a call anyway, maybe they will replace it under a warranty claim. Can you share the TSB number?
The stealer doesn't replace the vent but installs a splash guard which I also ordered to install myself. It's the item #8 in the ETK.
I also made a picture about the amp and it's visible there are some stain marks on it which must came from the vent next to it.

Beside the mentioned problems I had another project this week. I managed to buy an used Akrapovich cat-back exhaust set for a good price so today i installed it. The install was quite easy and the result is great, I'm very satisfied with the sound. I made a short video but the audio got quite distorted so i will make another one from a bit bigger distance tomorrow. Here are some pics.
Today I also installed a Pipercross drop in air filter and I replaced the gasoline tank ventilation hose which is connected to the intake pipe after the MAF sensor because its plastic lock was broken.

Ah sorry to hear about out of warranty. This is my first BMW so I'm not quite sure if it's the TSB number, but this is what was written on my work order/invoice: CA 64787644-01

Today I continued my project with some internal cleaning, I updated the HU with UPD09042 file which I downloaded from BMW website then recoded it. Maybe it will solve the restarting problem.
Also I installed the Schroth Quick-Fit harness which I will use on trackdays. I wasn't satisfied with the factory belt because it doesn't hold well in corners. The install was easy and it holds well as i tried out.

Scroth Quick-Fit Pro

I was wondering why you would not have gone with the Quick-Fit Pro model which can be used with a Hans device due to the shoulder straps being closer together? I will be getting one soon. There is a thread in the Track section on this.

That quickfit looks great. Did you use locktite for the bolts? Also, any pics of how it looks mounted at the back?

Well there are some reasons. I don't use HANS, it is cheaper than pro version, and it is comfortable at the belly lock. If i will use HANS someday later (usually most of the tracks i go there is no helmet compulsory in a closed street car) i would get and keep the straps closer to hold the HANS.

I didn't use locktite because i torqued the bolts properly to the factory 42 Nm. Ok, I will make pictures from the backseat.

So for your request here is a picture about how it is mounted at the backseat. Both locks are quickly releasable.

Today I installed the factory amplifier splash guard (#:65152715205) I bought recently. It's been installed in cars since spring 2019, so earlier car's owners should install it to prevent water getting to the amp causing it to die. Its a cheap but working solution.
Also my new Motorsport Hardware nuts have arrived, so i will use them on my next trackday in March.
