The car on bttx 880073 (this the train car # not the Vin) is mine. Shipped out of Southhampton on April 24th on the ship Glorious Leader.
Arrived in Halifax May 4th (was really in Halifax May 1 but spent 3 days at the RORO pier), was loaded on to BTTX 880073 on May 24th. This is a Range Rover Velar and was scheduled to be @ the dealer in Richmond BC on June 1st. |

CP railway company is on strike since last night.
This will affect US to Canada intermodals (including X series production). CN Halifax load will not be affected much but it will affect at destination terminal as CN will be dealing with all load that CP cannot handling during their strike. Cannot predict how long it will affect the load transit time but it will somehow delay all shipment in general. |

I sent an email to my agent that I found another M5 being shipped by truck directly from Halifax (same dealer). I will use it as my leverage, but if this delay further I may reconsider my options. |

Ethan you can take my name off the list as it's never going to show up seeing it just arrived in Calgary today. Pretty quick turnaround for a car built on 04/21. Thanks for your efforts here!

Sounds like the CP strike is wrapping up quickly.

Will do but it is weird that it does not show up if it just arrived there. Could you please confirm with your dealer if the vehicle took CN railcar and let me know?

Yes, ask your SA if they can do it. That will save your time for sure.

The Don Juan left Halifax on May 29th. How many days from the 29th is reasonable to expect for the car to be in the CN system, considering there are no port installed options (at least none that I'm aware of)?

My dealer told me my car arrived at Halifax on May 28th as well, so I'm very curious to know myself but I do have a MPE option awaiting installation.
Also, the timeframe my dealer gave me was June 24-27th |

For the people who are able to track their vehicle in the system, how long did you guys have to wait after it arrived in halifax?

Took my car 20 days to be loaded on the train. Cars heading out west tend to hang around in Halifax longer than those heading to Toronto, Montreal, etc. I think this is so they can fill a single car with just cars heading to 1 place so they do not have to be selectively unloaded along the way. |

I hope you are more lucky than me and your car gets loaded quick. Mine was in limbo for 20 days
