No trace yet of a PDF featuring the M2 instructions manual.

Nevertheless, the detailed M2 info can be accessed with the following easy workaround:

• download the "BMW Driver's Guide" app (it's a free of charge BMW app):
  http://www.bmw.com/com/en/owners/bmw...drivers_guide/
• open the app and indicate the VIN of a loaded test mule:
  • for example V351804 if you prefer an M2 6MT spec (US spec - M2 production date: April 17, 2015)
  • for example V351805 if you prefer an M2 M-DCT spec (idem)
• M2 instructions manual info gets downloaded pretty fast to your smartphone
• optional: you can also download animations
• future: replace the test mule VIN with your M2 VIN

Example: for info about ABS, Brake Assistant, DSC, MDM, Traction, Comfort, Sport and Sport+ on the M2: tap the looking glass, type "stability" and choose "Control systems, driving stability" (sections: "Driving stability, control systems", "Active M differential", "Servotronic", "Driving Dynamics Control" and "Drive-off assistant").

Easy to use. Enjoy the read.

It can only be downloaded into the app, nothing else. It isn't anything newsworthy anyway as the car lacks all "toys".

It seems all the drive logic settings may be identical to M235i but they don't really describe the custom "Sport" settings. In M235i you can change the adaptive suspension, steering, and engine dynamics options. In M2, suspension is static so I wonder if the customization is just steering and engine dynamics or if shift characteristics have more options.

The consensus on the forum appears to be there is no adaptive suspension on an M2.

That's what I was saying. Static = not adaptive.
I'm most curious about adjustment options for shift speed and throttle sensitivity because when in Sport+ in M235i, the car becomes a bit jumpy for my tastes.

Does the manual say anything about oil or coolant temperature gauges?
Normal 2 series doesn't have those.
