New set of KW HAS- Prudent to swap out struts and shocks while im at it?

Been riding on Eibach's since day one...about 70000km's ago...about to pull trigger on a HAS set to give me more breathing room when it comes to tire sizes...wondering if prudent to replace struts while im at it (save some labour costs)....im not noticing any deterioration in ride (maybe someone else driving the car might disagree lol) but im thinking the oem components are probably nearing end of life...especially since eibach's have been in there for some time now...what you all think?
