Some sort of leak?

Hey there, just wondering what sort of liquid is leaking from the bottom of the M2. For reference it is a f87 auto m2. Nothing was hit and it has started leaking in the past hour or so and it is not drying. Wondering what sort of liquid it is and if it needs urgent repair?
