What is this? bmw 391 325i touring.

Car is a Bmw 2006 e91 325i touring built in jan 2006.

I have been getting a scraping noise when reversing off my drive an noticed this hanging down, sorry for the rubbish picture i have not been able to get it on ramps to check it out properly yet...
It is near the center just beside the exhaust.

Picture s hard to read, but I think it's the tab holder that keeps the plastic underpan in place. You are apparently missing a screw, and the tab is free floating and making noise, probably you'll loose it on the road soon if you don't remedy.
