Memory Stick Pro-HG Duo vs. SDHC?

So I'm picking up a digital camera that also takes 1080 video. Which memory card do you guys prefer? The camera takes both Memory stick Duo, Memory stick Pro-HG Duo, SD, SDHC, SDXC.

i wouldn't invest in Sony's memory stick format. SD is more useful.

Agreed, had a sony device that took only a sony memory stick, didn't fit in too many computers, also i found it a bit slower then SD. and if you buy one, you'll never be able to use it in any other device where an SD card is pretty universal, and as a result, SD cards are mass produced and cheap as a result.

when i say "SD" i mean the SD shape and size, not specifically meaning SD over SDHC. Go for the HC as they have higher transfer rates which is really handy for filming.
