M2 CS delivery - The Netherlands (HS - M-DCT - M-CCB - BLK 763M - PSS)
Wel, I did it, after 4 years driving the OGM2 I had a chance on a very good deal on the M2CS, picked her up Saturday 08-01 at BMW Amsterdam, great guys, made it a special day, the delivery was just awesome.
Road compliance far more better than the OGM2, less harsh, especially on the rear. Pics say more than words: Old and new car: In bright sunlight: Details: |

Can`t really say this moment, i have to drive it carefully in, 2000km; max rev 5,5K RPM, no WOT allowed. But it pulls very smooth, very quick with just small pressure at the accelerator. The OG M2 was MT, the CS has DCT, and I must admit, it is far more better in responsiveness compared to my testdrive with a 2015 M4 DCT, the difference is night and day. The 6 MT was very good at the shifter, but i disliked very much the clutch, to high engagement, to long travel, dead feel overall. The DCT is just effortless, smooth in auto D1, brutal in S3, I have the steering in comfort option, the other ones have too much artificial resistance in them, I do not like that at all. Comfort steering is the best Last edited by Romo; 08-05-2020 at 03:00 PM.. |

Well done, sir! You will have the updated generations of my current garage (M2 Comp and 981 GT4). I agree with you about the M2’s clutch pedal. I updated it with the UCP and that helps quite a bit. Enjoy your beautiful CS!
