"OG" M2 seats have the thigh support piece that extends (which I absolutely love since I have long legs), and you can use a Schroth QuickFit harness with the OG seats which will hold you in
way better than the M2C seats ever will. You can also adjust the amount of "hug" from the side bolsters on the OG... I don't know if that feature exists in the new seats?
Functionally, the original seats are superior. I do agree that the M2C ones look cooler though.
I am not a fan of what they did with the dash layout though - agreed that the asymmetry of it looks strange. The LCI gauges are a big improvement IMO.
But they aren't "digital"!!
