NO, my Beemer does NOT have Apple Carplay or Android Auto. A chap with the alias TokenMaster released a tool called BMW Lead the Way! on Bimmerfest, but has now cobbled it. The idea is brilliant as one plans the route on the PC, exports it to a USB stick where it was in two formats: one for NBT iDrives and another for CIC. He could make a fortune if he actually released it on the Android Play Store and Apple iTunes.

In the meantime, we pay through the nose for half-hearted efforts by BMW.
