For any application I've seen, there is some cutting of the spoilers to clear everything when turning lock to lock. Cutting the dust shield allows the newly directed air to make it to the rotor.

Also, the stock front lip has some small air flow cuts that line up nicely with the spoilers.
Why buy knock-offs when Porsche OEM is (really surprisingly) cheap!
