It's not just the $$ it is also the unknown timeframe commitment.
Maybe it should be 750 upfront + 750 for 3 months, 500 for 2, 250 for 1 and full refund 3+
This structure may entice more buyers, but hey if I had most of my planned mods done I would have definitely been interested.
