Because other countries like the EU countries, they use bhp as a measure of power.

whp is just a calculation from a particular brand of dyno...hence why you get different whp numbers between a mustang dyno and a dynojet even though there both in whp.

I just gave numbers in bhp since the OP understand power in bhp and not whp.

but end of the day bhp or whp doesnt matter long as you know the delta between your mods based on the same dyno.
