Depends on what you want out of the SSK.

If it's shorter throw and you don't drive aggressive all the time or track often then go with 20%. If you drive aggressive often and track then you might like 25% more.
I went with 15% because I was mainly interested in eliminating the stock rubbery feeling and wanted slightly shorter throw. I'm very pleased with the result.

Whatever you decide, note that the stock shift knob will likely make noise due to it being plastic and when fitted over the Autosolutions shifter, which is slightly smaller in diameter than stock, results in weird resonance. I bought a raceseng shift knob and all the noise is gone.
