Yes, there are knobs for compression and rebound. On the image below you can see on knob at the bottom of the shock and there will be one at the top too. But the one at the bottom of the shock isn't really easy to reach even though it is manageable.
You can change ride height without removing the wheels too if you have access to a lift and turn the wheels right/left depending on which side you are working on.
