Most probably not. You would have to put them on the same dyno to be sure since dyno's aren't absolute. They all give different readings and should only really be compared to other cars on the same dyno.
So far ring times show that the M3/4 CS is still faster. M2 CS is in the 1:50's while the M3/4 CS is in the 1:30's. 20 seconds faster. Whether that is due to power is up to interpretation.
