Best ever M car?
Well the M2C is really the best M car I've ever driven right out of the box. I have been an instructor for 20 yrs and had the pleasure of driving most all of the M models in track. All are great cars with excellent engines! I have owned an e36 M3 and a e46 M3 Comp. all with Manual Transmission (as GOD intended). They both have their own distinct and colorful personalities. Love them all.
However, the M2c is hands down best M car. I took delivery in Munich, drove it through Austria, Italy, France and Belgium for a Track Day at Spa. Just amazing on track.......Bone stock. Only scared myself once and had a fantastic time. Was just blown away that I didn't need a modified suspension, or more HP, or super sticky tires. It was just great........ready for track duty.
Yes, I will be modifying my suspension set-up and go to track pads and R Comp tires, but I can wait and enjoy the car right now.
