Slacken off the nuts and rotate the bolts so the paint marks line up again. If it isn't much, much more drivable, there's something weird going on.
Wheel bolts: all torqued up? Having had a wheel fall off*, it's embarrassing, as well as alarming...
*someone tried to steal the wheels, but the locking wheel bolt defeated them on the 1st wheel. So I was driving with just the locking wheel bolt holding that wheel on...
