Then I would stick with lowering it on Eibachs. From posts on this and other threads, that should have minimal, if not no, effect on ride. H&Rs are resportedly notiecably stiffer.
I am going with Eibachs, and nothing else, at least at first. For me, while I might take this car to my track now and then (probably will not be able to avoid the temptation even if I tried) I have another car that is my track machine.
