So much hearsay. When looking for 2nh pads for my CCB spec M3 (I did an iron brakes conversion up front), I dug deep into many pads and the EBC pad complaint many offer up is from people overheating street pads on track. If you use an EBC race pad, you won’t have issue. I personally use EBC’s new RP-X pad and it’s freaking amazing, full (high & stable) coefficient of friction from 0C to 850C, no on track squeal, very minimal squeal on street, non corrosive dust.

Running full r comps as well, 305 squared in a heavy M3...the EBC RP-X pads take abuse like a champ.
