Set a goal first.

If you want max power on pump gas, TTE460/550, GP500, PS2 can max out the octane, or the fueling depending on tune. TTE460 at 1k5~1k7 (core exchange) is a tremendous value. No mention it spools very fast.

If you want consistent pump gas power, TTE550, GP500 and PS2 would be the way to go, depending on how much you care about spool up and power headroom. TTE and Pure accept core exchange.

If you use ethanol, the fueling upgrade is a requirement even with stock turbo. Any STG2 turbo will be good, but you'll be still octane/cooling limited at 20+psi because of the heat.

If you use meth, TTE550, GP500 and PS2 can push 22psi and get close to 500whp on a happy dynojet. No fueling mod needed, as meth supports enough.

If you want to max out at 24~25psi, Meth/PI(or XDI pump)/PS2 are recommended.

In my opinion, hybrid turbo is not comfortably making 20+psi due to the backpressure from the manifold. You can push to make boost and power, but the high power is for drag only, it is fragile and inconsistent.
