That's my point exactly, a build is whatever the owner deems it based on their personal preference and finances, there is no definition.
I think a title like" Anyone can slap on wheels & suspension & call it a build nowadays" seems pretty direct and arrogant IMO. With a title like that I was expecting roll cage, turbo upgrade, intercooler, interior delete, something unique and new, not window tint.
