This is the first time I modeled a part from scratch. The one thing that is missing from this model is positioning holes on each side of the screw holes on the bottom. I found that I did not need them though. The Screws hold the piece securely in place. |
Just wanted to come in here and say Thank yYou. Since I got my F80 back in early 2017 I have been unable to make use of this feature. I kind of forgot about it until now since I'll be taking a long road trip next month and don't want a cable hanging out while driving my car in the hills if I need to be charging it. My friend was able to print this piece out for me and I swapped it in less than ten minutes!
I can now place my HP Elite X3 in the charging cubby without issue. Thank you for making this part available to the public. I appreciate it!
