My post showing the LBB samples was out in direct, bright sunshine and it was very unlike the OP's post. It was similar in the shade and indoors. It did have a teal tone to it but it was clearly very blue... even in direct, bright sunshine.
In any event, yes, this is a complex color
Yes, it is a brighter blue
The photos in post #43, #44 and below are all pretty similar (inside and outside shots) but the OP's picture is very different and, IMO, not attractive.
This is the picture I am referring to and it is in direct sun and, IMO, represents what my eyes were looking at...
