Halim is great.
The only issue is he's pretty busy and focused on developing OTS maps. I don't think he's done a custom N55 map in quite a while, except when myself and some other guys were working on beta maps for the new Stg 2+ E30 OTS map.
cookiesowns (Bend) seems to be the most responsive custom tuner around for N55 guys.
