Dang, that's so much easier in the USA. In Canada if you mod your car you instantly lose insurance coverage. So modders like me have to go to this called facility which is the insurance provider of last resort. So essentially you go to the insurance company for drivers with multiple dui's and get treated the same way, even if you have a clean driving history. Damn I hate insurance...
