Yes, go to ConnectedDrive tile on the main drive screen, open and go to ConnectedDrive Store illustrated below, do not open but select the Option button on the center console. Update BMW Assist will appear on the screen.
Be sure to wait for the transfer to complete before selecting OK. Lock the car and wait 15 minutes as stated in my previous reply.
