The Millway monoballs in your link are not sealed

However, they do offer a sealed version

Turner supposedly uses an OEM BMW ball joint whereas I have no idea what Millway uses

The Turner uses a locking ring while the Millway uses a machined cap and hardware as additional security measures

Beyond that I can't really comment
