Right, now I fully understand. I somehow thought that the "58,900" was some kind of hard line and they would have just thrown me out! I've heard people say before "everything is negotiable" but now I have more concrete numbers and ideas of what prices should actually be (where you can negotiate to), plus an understanding of how procurement works from ordering start.
