As with others, their response is due to the software now not being tuneable over OBD. 2021 software requires bench unlocking first. Not every tuner is willing to entertain this extra work/ don't have the tools necessary.
However, that is not related to this thread. This thread is an additional problem that even bench unlocking cannot overcome - encrypted boot-loader.
