My car went back with discolored calipers a second time, waiting for response. Not holding my breath.
First time around I actually informed BMW that due to a number of M2s had already had their discs and pads replaced under warranty after smearing after trackdays I had upgraded to Pagids to prevent this problem. And that the calipers turned green/brown. After A LOT of going back and fourth and after over a year passing they exchanged the calipers which actually was NOT what I had asked for, what was the point, they would just turn brown too. Which they did of course. My request was nothing more than asking for a reply to "do you think miscoloration is okay, just live with it. Or this is not OK (so how are you going to fix this?"
So I'm just waiting to see how they will try to wiggle out of this.
