For the people saying they "got it in writing", what does that mean? Can someone post a pic of what the dealer gave them? I find it sort of hard to believe a dealer would do anything remotely binding. "Yeah sure MSRP whatever you say" signed "sales schmuck" on a napkin wont count. And in any "hot" market (NY, CA, etc) losing the business (pretty much the worst threat) of any one customer means jack shit.
I expect 90+% of the initial allocation *will* be going for over markup. The MSRP is just way too low and way too close to the ridiculous MSRP of a loaded M235i (which instantly became dramatically overpriced based on M2 pricing)
