Spa is epic in a fast car
. Only been once on a wet cold day (there was snow next to the track) and I drifted up Eau Rouge at 140 kmh
Holland is beautiful in April/May. If you time it right all the flowers are in bloom and you can visit large fields of tulips. I would say Germany (parts of ofc.), Belgium and NL are doable in 2 weeks.
