I have had it since new (2017). Just got it addressed; we'll see when I pick up the car today if it is fixed or not. Here is what the repair order says:

"customer states there is an intermittent rattle in the cabin when going over
rough pavement. It is coming from the right side near the A-pillar customer
going on test drive with shop fore man cc"

Cause:
Correction: TEST DROVE VEHICLE AND VERIFIED COMPLAINT. FOUND NOISE COMING FROM DASH
AREA ON PASSENGER SIDE. REMOVED A-PILLAR AND PASSENGER AIR VENT. TEST DROVE
VEHICLE AND FOUND NOISE STILL PRESENT. REMOVED CENTER VENTS AND TEST DROVE
VEHICLE. FOUND NOISE STILL PRESENT. REMOVED DASH AND FOUND A BOLT THAT HOLDS
SKELETON FRAME TO VEHICLE LOSE. TIGHTENED BOLT AND REINSTALLED DASH. TEST DROVE
VEHICLE AND FOUND NOISE NO LONGER PRESENT. REINSTALLED ALL OTHER PARTS. TEST
DROVE VEHICLE ONE LAST TIME AND FOUND NOISE NO LONGER PRESENT.
