The dealer and bmw owe you nothing. They can and will flag your car which COULD prevent warranty coverage on any affected parts. |
Please stop talking nonsense, you clearly have no idea of UK practices. If a dealer in the UK sells a car that is not as described they are in for a bad time. I now know of 3 buy backs! Those cars got sent to auction because they cannot be sold as BMW UK used approved cars!
