it's pretty much a wash in terms of economics, the loft will be cheaper in terms of price but it has maintenance fees, so the overall monthly cost will be similar
yup 2 parking spots can be a challenge but its doable, we are looking to move further from the core so it's easier to find lofts with 2 spots further out
